RTE provides management through their in-house Management Agency. The Management Agency is overseen by the CEO, Corey Wells and his team of agents.
RTE makes sure all of their artists are trained professionally by some of the most credited and experienced vocal and performance coaches in the area. With this training artists are prepared to perform in the studio and on stage.
Branding is a very important part of an artist's development. RTE's head publicist and his team puts in a great deal of work to create strategies that accommodates each artist the most.
